There are good and bad touches. If you are feeling uncomfortable because someone is touching you and you don't like it, go and tell someone you trust.
There are Touching Rules.
NO ONE is allowed to do bad touching.
(Bad touches are hitting, biting, touching private parts.)
If bad touching happens, I should tell an adult.
Grown-ups are supposed to watch kids to make sure bad touching does not happen.
NO ONE is allowed to say mean things.
It's OK to disagree with someone.
It's NOT OK to argue and yell at them about it.
EVERYONE is allowed to give good touches.
(Good touches are hugs, holding hands, pats on the back or a kiss on the cheek.)
I should ASK before giving a good touch.
IF I am not sure if a touch is good or bad, ASK.
If I have mixed up feelings about a touch, tell an adult
Someone you trust can be your mom, dad, teacher or friend. You should not feel bad because someone is doing this to you. IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!
This person might tell you they will hurt something or someone you love.
Don't be afraid, tell an adult you trust or someone who makes you feel safe.
